Tirzepatide cost by region.
Dual GIP + GLP-1 agonist. Higher weight-loss ceiling than semaglutide in head-to-head trials. Below: monthly cost in USD across 17 regions Panya tracks, sorted cheapest first. Each row also shows the route type and supply state so the cheapest option is not surfaced without context.
Covers: Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded. Prices reflect a 5 to 10 mg maintenance dose per month. Higher doses (12.5, 15 mg) push monthly cost up roughly proportionally where the dose is titrated up; some routes plateau because pricing is per pen not per mg.
Honest caveats.
- USD conversion is a snapshot. Local-currency prices (THB, AED, SGD, GBP, NOK) are converted at April 2026 mid-rates. Refresh expected monthly. If FX moves more than 5% the local price stays the same, the USD column shifts.
- Cheapest is not always best. A research-chem route at $80 carries quality-verification risk you take on yourself. A clinic route at $250 includes doctor consult, real-product chain, and complaint recourse. Both are legitimate choices; the right one depends on what you are optimising for.
- Dose phase changes the math. Titration months (2.5, 5 mg) typically use the lower end of each band. Maintenance (10, 12.5, 15 mg) sits at or above the high end where pricing scales with dose. Pen- based routes plateau because you pay per pen.
- Supply state matters more than the price band. A “rationed” chip on a region means even at the quoted price you may not be able to fill the prescription without weeks of phone calls. The cheapest stable-supply row is often the right pick over the absolute-cheapest rationed row.

The full price comparison page lets you filter by compound, supply state, risk band, and your home region simultaneously. The cost-by-region table above collapses each region to its cheapest route; /compare keeps every route as its own row.
