What Panya is, and what it is not.

1. Nature of service

Panya is an information and routing service. Panya does not manufacture, sell, dispense, prescribe, or diagnose. Panya surfaces third-party vendors and cites third-party researchers, clinicians, and studies. Your relationship is with those third parties, not with Panya, for any transaction that occurs outside the Panya platform.

2. Jurisdiction and user responsibility

Peptide regulation varies by country, state, and compound. You are responsible for understanding the legal status of any compound in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using it. Panya geo-detects and shows region-specific context where possible, but this is informational only and is not legal advice. If in doubt, consult a local attorney or licensed clinician.

3. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on Panya constitutes medical advice. Panya is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider. Peptides carry real risks, including but not limited to: injection site reactions, hormonal effects, drug interactions, and long-term effects that are not yet fully characterized in clinical literature. You assume full responsibility for decisions you make using information from Panya.

4. Affiliate relationships

Panya earns commission on some vendor referrals. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page where they apply. Commission does not determine ranking or inclusion. Vendors are ranked by identity verification, product-quality signals, and user outcomes. Commission rates are negotiated separately and do not affect editorial judgment.

5. Prohibited use

Panya will not serve users:

• Under 18
• Attempting to obtain peptides for non-consensual administration to another person
• Located in jurisdictions where peptide possession is criminally restricted (currently: China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE)
• Attempting to use Panya to circumvent a specific legal order against them (e.g., court-ordered substance restrictions)

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion without stating reason beyond that it conflicts with our values or legal exposure.
