How to read this
- USD column is normalised. Local-currency ranges (AUD, NZD, MXN) are converted at April 2026 mid-rates. The "Local" column shows the original source range so you can verify what the provider actually charges.
- Supply pill is worst-state-wins per region: if Wegovy is rationed in this market, the row is flagged even if the band is technically a tirzepatide route. Cheap-but-rationed is not actually cheap.
