Mira Tanaka

Editor at Panya · Bangkok

Mira edits the Panya blog and the catalog notes that surface on each vendor scorecard. Her remit is the practical end of the peptide conversation: how readers should actually think about choosing a vendor, what changes in the regulatory landscape mean for the next routing call, what the data does and doesn't say. She works against the marketing-first framing that dominates most peptide content. Based in Bangkok, the platform's anchor market.

What Mira does and doesn't claim

Mira is an editor, not a clinician. She doesn't prescribe medications, diagnose conditions, or replace your doctor. The blog covers what's known, what's contested, and what changes when regulators or trials move. Where the data is uncertain, she says so. Where she has a view, she names it.

Posts cite primary sources where claims are made. Drugs are referred to by their generic and brand names where both are useful. Vendors are scored against the public 11-signal rubric on their scorecard pages, separate from the editorial coverage.
